delivery and returns    Delivery After your order has been processed and the item checked, you will be sent an email to confirm the above has been completed. The average time for an artwork to be delivered to you is 14 days from confirmation of your delivery address and payment details. Packing and Insurance All items are packed to a very high standard in professionally made, heavy duty boxes.  All items are insured during transit to cover damage or non delivery. If you receive any damaged goods, please contact us within 48 hours.   Returns If you decide not to keep your purchase for any reason whatsoever, simply inform Art Affairs within 14 days of receive and you may return it for an exchange or be reimbursed for the full value of the painting, less the shipping costs. All returns must be sent in their original packing and received in their original condition. The foregoing does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
